Processing

Paid orders are packed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday except U.S. federal holidays. After-hours orders start the next business day.

Where we ship

We ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO, or international addresses.

Cost and timing

Standard shipping is free. After the box leaves, delivery is usually 3–5 business days. Most customers see 4–7 business days from checkout to doorstep.

Carrier and tracking

We assign USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another U.S. carrier from destination and service. Tracking is emailed when the shipment starts.

Please check the address. If a package comes back because of a bad address, we will write to you about a reship or refund under the return policy. Lost or damaged boxes: email [email protected] within 30 days of the delivery date on the tracker.
